Start by kneeling on the floor, then sit back on your heels while reaching your arms forward. Lower your forehead to the ground and breathe deeply, feeling the stretch in your back, shoulders, and arms.

2. Seated Forward Bend

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Hinge at your hips and reach towards your toes, keeping your back straight. Hold the stretch and feel the tension release in your hamstrings and lower back.

3. Cat-Cow Stretch

Cat-Cow Stretch

Get on your hands and knees, with your wrists under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Inhale as you arch your back, lifting your head and tailbone (Cow). Exhale as you round your spine, tucking your chin to your chest (Cat). Repeat this flow for a few breaths.

4. Standing Forward Fold

Standing Forward Fold

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly fold forward from your hips, reaching towards the floor or your shins. Let your head and neck relax. Feel the stretch in your hamstrings and release any tension in your back.

5. Pigeon Pose

From a plank position, bring your right knee forward towards your right hand, placing your right ankle near your left wrist. Extend your left leg back and lower your hips towards the floor. Feel the stretch in your hip flexors and glutes. Repeat on the other side.
